Registering Your Account

The first time you open the app, you will need to register your account. This helps save your system info and configuration to your account so it can be recovered if needed (you get a new phone, etc.). From the login screen, press the “Register” button and enter the info required on the screen.

As soon as you have registered, you can login to the app with the credentials you created. After logging in, you can setup biometrics like a custom PIN, face recognition, finger print, ID and more IF your phone supports the technology. 
 
  • Lost Password – From the login screen, press the “forgot password” link below the login form. To successfully reset your password, you must enter the email address you registered your account to. You will be sent a reset link that expires 10 minutes after sending. If you don’t see the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder and make sure you entered the correct email address.
